SERENITY VALLEY WHEATEN’S guarantees this puppy for the following conditions: 1. If within the first 7 days, the pup receives a certified diagnosis of canine parvovirus infection. 2. If within the first 10 days, the pup receives certified diagnosis of a serious illness 3. If within the first year after purchase by the buyer, the pup receives a document and veterinarian certified diagnosis as having a debilitating congenital defect, including heart murmur, epilepsy, deafness, blindness, liver, kidney, or hip dysplasia. 4. A certified Diagnosis is defined as a Positive Diagnosis by a Veterinary Teaching Hospital, or a State Licensed D.V.M. Acceptable to Serenity Valley Wheatens’ personal or suitable veterinarian. 5. Please take your puppy to your vet for a health examination within seven (7) days of purchase date. If one of the above conditions exists, Serenity Valley Wheatens will offer a full refund event that all of the conditions of the contract are met. Your pup had his/her well puppy check, dew claws, and tail by Stuckey Animal Hospital, Dr. Ray Lynn Stuckey, on____________.
If puppy is only health certified by owner or pup contracts a non‐heritable disease while in care of owner, contract is null and void.
HEALTH GUARANTEE


Take the current, up to date Worming/Immunization Record with you to the veterinarian so there will be a record of what has been given to your pup, and so your veterinarian can take you through the next steps! All veterinarian bills are the responsibility of the buyer. This pup is not being sold for breeding purposes, and is to be spayed/neutered and is sold with an AKC Limited Registration. False Full Registration and/or breeding said pup will nullify this contract and is cause for further action. I agree to microchip, and register my puppy with the AKC Limited Registration, and in the additional AKC Reunite Program for $15.00 (which is a lifetime microchip Reunite Program for you!
 This Contract, All Health Records, Veterinarian Statements, and ANY AND ALL Related Paper Work must be provided back to seller, or Contract is NULL AND VOID. Proof of All Worming/Immunizations/ Heartworm and Appropriate Preventative Health Care must be provided back to seller or Contract is NULL AND VOID. I understand that Serenity Valley Wheaten’s has taken all measures possible to Assure the best “Development”, “Training”, and “Socialization” of my puppy‐ and Has started my puppy on “Come”, “Potty Training”, “Doggy Door Training”, and “Crate Training”, (inasmuch as time allowed, these things are NOT guaranteed)‐HOWEVER, I acknowledge that I have NOT requested FURTHER, SPECIALIZED, SPECIFIC, Training with Tina Kaven “ INDIVIDUALLY”, therefore, my puppy has only been “STARTED”, meaning that “Puppy” IS AND WILL BE INCONSISTENT in his/her response(s) to “REQUESTS/COMMANDS” by Buyer, and that Buyer takes FULL responsibility for further training unless otherwise noted, and it is Buyer’s RESPONSIBILITY and DUTY to seek out any needed ASSISTANCE for any Training advice or TRAINING PROGRAMS. To top it ....Babies and Adults! Dog Toothpaste with natural Enzymes (monthly)  We use VERY SOFT, SMALL TREATS FOR THE VERY YOUNG PUPS... “Charlee Bear” “Pupperonis”  NO RAWHIDE CHEWS‐ We use All Natural Hooves, Hocks, Bones, Pig’s Ears, etc directly From the Butcher or Petco, I like the Kong Treats and 'Stuffing' ‐‐ Treating straight from the can is SO easy and handy!  WALK EASY' (Small) Harness (you can find this in the training department)  Long and Short Leashes, one very soft that you can tie to furniture if needed.   Crate Large Wire with Divider Towellettes to clean feet after outside play! (There is also special carpeting you can buy)  Medium Dog Dishes  “Spectrum Ten” Shampoo and Conditioning Products (The Wheatens coat is very dense, make sure you soak it completely when bathing, in order to get the deepest clean. I also recommend that you soak your puppy, or dog in conditioner for some time before rinsing in order to get the best condition on the coat)  Cleansers for the ears‐ I would recommend simple 'Wipes' as your Groomer should be for the 'deeper cleaning' of the ears.  Grooming Tools: Large Pin Brush, Large Slicker Brush, and a Large Undercoat Rake (Wide Tooth), I always like a comb, a dematting tool 'in case', and a curry type brush for bathing.  Stain (ODOR) VERY IMPORTANT!!! Remover‐‐MAKE SURE IT STATES 'ODOR REMOVER' THEY OFTEN HAVE ENZYMES TO HELP BREAKDOWN.  I also recommend a Puppy Potty Training Spray to use on your lawn when encouraging them to potty in your yard. Potty immediately a.m., and then Feed, then Potty. 'Good Potty' w/ Treat, Rest, Repeat… On Leash at all times in house. Potty as often as every 30 minutes in house to begin.  ALWAYS IMMEDIATELY UPON LEAVING CRATE, GO POTTY!!
